I've heard of those. They were big and bulky and took crap photos compared to the standard 35mm but you didn't have to get them developed. I thought all of those were destroyed before the dinosaurs were extinct.

Did they tell you the first models had a two layer film you had to peel apart? Then with a stop watch, you had to wipe the picture with a grease/wax developer stop squeegee that came in a separate metal tube, then peel the picture off the backing.

That was at a time when the average weeks pay was $100 and the 6 pic roll cost $6. (that was 1% of a weeks pay for EACH pic)

A rich mans toy it was.
