Does anyone know how the Saudi Amnesty program works?(rules)Is there any
punishment?As many of you know,one of OBLs confidants,turned himself in
yesterday.I'm asking,because if it is a Free Ride,OBL would be foolish not to

I have no clue either Irish...but I'm interested in finding out!

As usual, we probably don't know all of the facts of the terms of his surrender.

So, not sure what is going to happen. Personally, he needs to be punished....severely.

Irish, I think it doesn't reach that high.

The logic seems to be that what's done is done, and if they can stop it happening

again, it's a lot of victims they don't have to deal with.

Forgot to mention the requirement to bring the successor's head with them.
