1. Took a group of clients out for a hike today.... with knees so sore, I was popping Ibuprofen like sweeties!

2. Got soaked, which just made them even MORE painful than they were already!!

3. Feeling better now I'm home....... with a couple of beers inside me!! (First this week.... aren't I good?! )
