What exactly are your concerns about anal? That it is messy or dirty?
It isn't, really. Unless she hasn't been to the toilet in a while. If you're really worried, try a small enema beforehand to empty her out.

Is it worth it? It's always worth a try. Some people love it, for others it doesn't really work for them. But if you go in with an informed, open mind, ready to make the most of it, you at least won't dislike it.
