1. Sent emails to some close friends
2. arranged to go out for my birthday tomorrow
3. Went to the Drs to get results from latest blood test
( Results the same, kidneys are past the point of no return, will end up on dialysis between 2 - 5 years at present rate, have to have fish oil tablets - yuck - as kindneys can't take the normal anti infalmmatories for arthritis)
