I can't speak for the rest but I love it! The taste and smell drives me crazy and I get a thrill when the woman tightens her thighs against my head and loses control. I don't allways have to be taken care of afterwards either, but it is a bonus. My SO has the same concern as you, but as long as your a clean person in general the "natural" taste and scent is the best. If your really that concerned you could add a flavoured oil or something. You can also buy oil that heats up to add to your pleasure and I've found they don't taste bad either.
