My staff, unlike the ones in "Charlie Wilson's War", don't actually say it, but it is an unspoken principle in the office that "You can teach typing, you can't teach tits". I have two VERY competent female staff accountants who are not above showing cleavage. They know their boss is a bit of a perv.
And, I think that they have also informed several of my female clients of same.
I am not complaining, mind you.
