It depends on the bra, but generally I'm a 36C and in a push-up
I like wearing a 38C. I tend to overflow the 36C when I wear
a push-up.

The idea IS to push them UP, not out and over the top!!!!!

I also wish I was smaller, and I wish my nipples were more
pronounced........But you gotta' make the most of what you have
right ?????
