The next phase of the NASM re-opening after a multi-year renovation is set for late next month, 28 July 2025. I'm looking forward to seeing the new World War I: The Birth of Military Aviation gallery.

Very interesting at the least. I will mention this to one of the few Pixies I do actually stay in touch with, although I'm pretty sure he would already be aware. While they don't travel quite as much at the moment, it will make for added conversation and maybe even an item for them after the 2026 opening.
