converting .mov files?

hey all...

i've got some videos i would like to share in the clips sections, but they're .mov files... quicktime file.

and i don't think they are an accepted file format.

does anyone know how to convert them to mpeg or another accepted format?

thanks for that...

think all my videos are too big tho.
smallest is about a 5.6mb .mov

you can chop them into a series and zip each one :D
