The Weather App says there are thunderstorms at 2am but they must have muffled the thunder as I don't hear any and don't hear any rain. Could be it's just passing north or south of us and I know earlier it did rain quite heavy for a few minutes. Today is suppose to reach 82F with sunny skies and that will be a welcome change. Yesterday was cold and dreary all day. :(

From 8am until 3pm we're expecting more rain in the form of thunderstorms first and just rain later. We haven't had it as bad as you jay-t, but the rain is keeping most farmers out of the fields suggesting some fields may not get planted this year reducing yields and driving up prices for things like corn and soybeans in particular and probably pork, beef and dairy prices as well. :( And we're not alone. Seems like a lot of farm states are suffering the same problems.

At 11:20pm we're getting rain. Rain and more rain. It was really coming down a few minutes ago but has eased off right at the moment. This is not helping. Everyone around here is really tired of all this rain with the most upset being the farmers most of whom haven't got their crops in yet and we're rapidly running out of time to get them in for this year.
