Houston Texas here....the weather report here is fucking hot with 95% humidity and 100% chance of remaining fucking hot until October........oh yeah WITH heavy traffic! :)

Another warm one in store for us. 60F now with 83% humidity and expecting it to reach 85F later in the day. At least a remote chance we'll pick up a thunderstorm this afternoon, but otherwise, a good day for sweating. :)

Rained again last night. This has to be the wettest Spring in Maryland for many years!

I saw last night that we had the 3rd wettest May in history here in the DC area.

It rained so much at home in NS last night that my parents' fish pond's liner floated up from all the water coming up underneath it. Two thirds of their goldfish are dead, there was only about a bucket of water left in the pond.

Does anyone have a row boat I can borrow. We had to get at least 6in of rain overnight to add to the 5.75in on Wednesday. The Flash flood warning just ended but the water is till high.

Beautiful day here. Went for a walk this morning with temperatures in the mid-60s. It's in the 70's now with bright sunshine. I could take this year round. :)

PS - It's getting near 8:30AM now. Went out to the park for a walk, but the mosquitos and gnats were especially bad. I've noticed that a lot when the grass is extremely wet. We had a violent storm pass through yesterday and the park showed the effects with LOTS of downed branches and at least on large tree covering half the park road. Didn't stay long but did see one deer and got a couple of long-distance pictures. Have dumped them off yet but will share when I do get that done a bit later.
