It's an absolutely beautiful morning here today. Not supposed to get quite as warm here as over in DB's neighborhood but upper 40's works pretty well for me. Right now it's 41F (5C) and sunny. The snow is gradually melting. :)


But.......... I see that we've got a bit more snow heading this way tonight and tomorrow. One network says we'll get an inch or two and another says it could be five or six. :boohoo:

Today was about 75deg with strong south winds and chance of severe weather.On Monday there's a chance of snow.

We hit a high of 70f today, with strong winds. Like jay-t a chance of snow late Monday night.

It has been warming up all day and is up to 45F (7C) right now. :cheerlead

Suppose to be even warmer tomorrow and I should be able to see the ground by tomorrow night................... before it is covered with snow again Tuesday. :rofl:

After a day that reached into the 60s ... it's 36F and raining with the expectation that it'll turn over to snow and we'll get 2-4" to replace all that was melted yesterday. :( Flood watches are out until 3PM this afternoon. :(

I was sure spoiled by the day in the 60's. I'm ready for spring.

Its 36 and somebody turned the water on. The temps. are suppose to keeping dropping thru out the day so I'll be skating home tonight after work.

It's currently 23F under mostly cloudy skies. They expect the temperatures to rise to about 39F but with that comes some light rain and snow this afternoon. :(

The temperature is just 1 C, but it's supposed to go down to -3 or 4 in the next 24 hours... Oh, and we're getting 25-35 cm of snow in the next 24 hours too! :D:D:D

Just after 6pm here, the chilly drizzle turned to sleet/snow pellets, then to blanketing snow...the ground was covered in less than an hour (& that was with warmer ground temps )

It's only down to 21F (-5C) but we did get the first foot (30cm) of snow as promised and it's still coming, ......... as promised. The drifting (so I hear) is the real problem that makes useless to shovel or plow anything. I plan on taking a look ............ Monday. :rofl: There shouldn't be any problem as long as it stays cold and the snow doesn't start getting heavy. This is not a weekend I want to lose power.

Well I don't know how much fell so far (hard to tell it apart from the couple of feet that were already on the ground, lol) but it snowed all night and we are still supposed to get another 25-35 cm by tomorrow morning!!! :D:D:D

I'm going to go for a walk soon... I hope the huge puddles of melted slush at the corners of the streets have frozen at least, so I don't get my feet wet! (Damn blocked drains!)

Awoke this a.m. to 3-4 inches of nice fluffy snow.

And news reports of 100+ traffic incidents on Metro streets & hwys...
