Again;let me welcome all new members.My internet provider has
had alot of trouble.Therefore;I have missed alot of threads that I
can never catch-up on.I don't want anyone to think that I'm ignoring them;so Welcome!It's up then it's down.In the last two days alone;it has been off-air twice.I finally called their Technical
number and bitched at them.Everyone has problems but they don't seem to have on at billing time! Irish
P.S.I have always been a firm beleiver that:"The squeaky hinge;
gets the oil."It may piss people off;but your complaints are brought to the front!

Welcome back, Irish. I'm surprised you managed to speak to their technical people. Normally these service providers seem to shut down their help desks when they have a problem. Maybe they ran out of capacity with all those people trying to get into Pixie's Place?

kiwi15---I didn't get to talk with them immediately!All of their service representatives were supposedly busy.I had to leave a
recording;with my phone#;and wait for their call(in the order that
they were RECEIVED)That's all good unless you have togo somewhere! Irish
