I am strangely addicted to that show. Fess up!!!!
What hideous thing do you have in your wardrobe that should be condemned? Illustrative pics would be helpful :p

I ain't taking a pic of it...I can promise you that! (Hey! I've got a reputation to keep!...roflmfao!).
If you knew me personally, you'd know I am NOT a clothes horse. Hubby only married me cause I hate going to the mall (all those shootings and thefts...etc). OK...OK...I'm almost a shut in. Thank goodness styles come back around cause I love the thought of recycled clothes!
But...I have these baby-doll jammies that I will not give up till they rot (which...BTW...they are about to do, cause they are cotton and I bleach all my whites).
Other than that...I am so damn stylish that the show would hard pressed to ditch anything of mine...(blushing cause I am lying and I suck at lying!)

Lixy, I'd like to see ya model those baby-doll jammies....
Ok...here's mine...a piece of stage wear from the summer of '71...the white areas are stained badly, beyond the help of drycleaning...but I keep it hidden in my closet to prove I was glitter BEFORE glitter was cool...
LMAO at that shirt scotzoidman, sorry!
I don't have a picture but I have this old blue robe that has holes in it, a torn pocket and is really faded. Its my sit around the house do nothing robe. Yes I am wearing it right now. LOL
Oh and that is one of my favorite shows on T.V. I would give anything to be on it and get a whole new wardrobe and see what do I look good in.

I LOVE that show. It's hilarious. Did you see the one last week where the woman actually thought she was a fashion icon?? Too funny.
My item would be I have 2 wool sweaters that are two sizes too big and completely misshapen. But they are so warm n comfy I wear them anyway in the winter.

I need to be on that show! lol....I purged about 12 garbage bags full of outdated awful old "dress" clothes and still have a closet full of crap! I don't think I have taken the time to figure out what not to wear in way tooo long....I'm so into comfort these days, I would never get rid of most of my stuff (t-shirts worn so thin from so many washings you can see right through them, sweatpants oversized and frumpy, but oh so comfy) My other half always says (when I put on "real" clothes) "Wow, when you put on something that fits, you have a smokin' body." I guess I usually look like I'm 20 lbs heavier than I actually am in my comfy stuff. I no longer work in a public setting, so I really have no reason to wear nice stuff. I live in the boonies where the biggest fashion statement is a clean pair of Carharts. LOL....I know I would be a perfect candidate for "What not to wear".

Hmm... most of my clothing is up to date, and suits my body good, so I can't really say I have much in my wardrobe that would be thrown out if I were on that show. I usually have a fairly good eye for picking things that look good on people's frames (any person, really).
There have been outfits in the past, when my judgement in clothing leaned more towards wearing anything black, short, or white stripped. Usually with black combat boots. Oddly, I was never considered a goth, even by myself. I wore it more for fashion than for a life style, though.

Most of my clothes (that I wear out) are pretty cute I guess (I think, I hope) but all of my 'Home clothes' are like yours huntersgirl!! See through shirts with holes, OLD flannel pants and OLD shorts! As soon as I walk through the door after work, I look at my SO and I say "are we going anywhere" and if he says no....straight upstairs to kick off my shoes and work clothes and slip into an old torn Tshirt and some old shorts!!!! There is nothing better!
PS-I am also addicted to this show!!!!! I adore Clinton!

Heah Scotzoid! Would you hide this in the back of your closet too?
Everything I own beside some special DJ wear is either tweed or denim, so I know this belongs in this thread :D lol
(It's not even my standard gig dress)
I'm not into FUBU so I've had my own Tshirts made up, eventhoug my daughter would put them all in this thread. :D
I love the Elements shirt Pf! :D

$10 for a picture with you wearing the DJ shirt. Can we also get a pic of your partner, the organ grinder with his monkey?

Good christ, PF.....don't tell me I have to get rid of my chem geek shirt! We made 'em in college, and I love it....even if the words on the back ("It's Elementary, my dear Watson.") are peeling off.
No no no. I refuse. Throw out the rest of my wardrobe, but the fashion nazi's AIN'T getting my geek shirt ;) .

The fashion nazi's won't get our shirts now that there are two of us Ginger. ;)
LMAO
Scotz...are you sure you didnt' steal that shirt from Evel Kenevil???..LOL PF...Is that a Jerry Garcia tie??? Oh, and I want a T-shirt like that...us geeks gotta stick together.
Since I"m not working now and spend most of my time working outside on my parents farm, I spend most days in old worn out blue jeans that are almost white from all the washing, t-shirts with the sleeves cut off and my trusty Red Wings (they're boots people..lol)

After viewing this thread I now realize that NOTHING I have in my closet, or for that matter have EVER had in my closet could POSSIBLY be as ugly as Scot and PF's shirts...I feel much better lol

I have this floor-length hippie skirt that my MOM used to wear in the '60s that I LOVE. It is patched, threadbare, and psychadelic colors (what's left of them, anyway). I wear it around the house to be comfy -- nothing more comfy than a long skirt to cuddle up in. I'll take a pic when I get back home -- even I'm not bad enough to carry it in my suitcase. ;)
Also, my old Chem Engineering shirts...which I work out in...process control models and bad engineering jokes galore. Guaranteed to make the guys at the gym RUN AWAY from you, instead of hitting on you when you're trying to sweat. :D

I think you're wrong Eros. He stole it from that great Canadian, stuntman extraordinaire,......... Super Dave Osborne. :D
