View Full Version : Can't Miss TV Shows?
Sitting here watching CSI reruns made me wonder, what show(s) do you watch religiously?
Me? I'm addicted to CSI. Monday is CSI:Miami, Thursdays is the regular CSI and Friday is another shot of the regular CSI on Spike TV. And now Wednesdays this fall is CSI:New York....I swear I can't miss this show!

I couldn't get in to tonight's episode of CSI: Miami. Dunno.
I only have two channels so I miss a lot but I'm addicted to The Casino now. I rent DVDs of shows like Curb Your Enthusiasm and The Family Guy.
Not a big fan of anything Sinefeld or anything that closely resembles it. I couldn't stand that show. Family Guy is great...so is Futurama.

CSI Vegas is a fave but the other CSI's are watchable too.
Not much into the sitcom/laugh track shows but there are several I enjoy. 2 1/2 Men is one of 'em....what a hoot.
Like to watch comedy club shows too when they're on.
Neat to see so many CSI fans here!
Anything reality based. I don't care if it is the stupidest show on Earth I will watch it.
I also have to watch my ABC soaps and I always watch Ellen before going to bed.
Oh and I love all the shows on TLC. Trading Spaces Rocks!

yup... another CSI fan here. I like the original the best. The Miami one is OK and is more than watchable... I am looking forward to CSI NY as the cast is very promising! Other than that I like cop shows....
Mon: CSI: Miami
Tues: NYPD Blue
Wed: The West Wing (no cops and robbers, but I like it anyways)
Thurs: CSI and Without a Trace
Fri: nothing good on TV... usually out and about as it is...
Sat: no TV usually
Sun: Cold Case
I used to watch all the Law and Order (original and spin-off) variants... but those seemed to have moved off my radar in the past year.
All the shows get watched the next day from the recording (timer)... that way comercials can go bye-bye.

aside from web surfing and coming to Pixies--I am too busy with my hobbies to get into sitcoms or TV series--just can't seem to sit still long enough--But I must admit I seem to never miss "Survivor" when its on.

Yes to all CSI, looking forward to the CSI:New York since Gary Sinise is one of my favorite actors, good to see him get a steady job...also have liked Law & Order for years, very challenging TV, as opposed to the 90% drivel elsewhere, the SVU series has great characters, but I've kinda burned out on it since I think I've seen every episode 2-3 times already...just hasn't had a long enough run yet to show 3 reruns a night...
& my biggest TV passion has been the West Wing...very good funny actors playing out tight, sometimes sexy dialogue...& not sure why, but I have some very impure thoughts concerning Allison Janney...naybe because she's about six feet tall, & I like to see how many ways she could wrap those legs around me...rowrfffffffff...

Alias...Charmed...Stargate SG1...Buffy...Angel
Emergency Vets & Animal doctor.....love a lot of the animal/nature type shows
I enjoy that Navy NCI show with Mark Harmon, Judging Amy - love that show!!!, Missing Persons (can't remember the exact name - comes on after CSI on Thursday nights), Stargate SG1, Cold Case, Law & Order Criminal Intent ... my guilty pleasure at the moment - one on Bravo- "Blow Out" .... and While you were out ... mainly cause I think the carpenter Andrew Dan Jumbo (or whatever the spelling) is so cute! :) I enjoy the CSI shows, but don't HAVE to watch them.

Hmmmmmm...I don't get to see anything "religiously" so to speak. I do WANT to see a series I've become interested in on a regular basis...but some things take a back seat and TV is usually a luxury. If I do get to watch...I'll prolly be on the puter too cause it's on the desk in my living room so I get to kill two birds...yada, yada.
I like the C.S.I series. I love That Seventies Show (cause I can relate so well and they wear stuff I used to have)...especially when they've come up from the basement to talk to Red in the kitchen and the wallpaper is moving! Oh...the memories!
Ahem...sorry...was having a flashback!
I catch Trading Spaces and home improvement shows when I can.
Hubby watches the Simpsons as often as possible.
I get caught up in American Idol shows when they are running...and I've seen bits and pieces of several reality shows like Survivor, but I miss too many to always know whats going on. I know some names and forget others that are crucial to my following the show. But, I try! What was great for me was when the thread for American Idol was up during this season's series...I could catch up on what I missed on here. I loved that! TY guys!
Oh...and I like it when I stumble across The Osbournes. I could watch that 24/7. Ozzy is a pip!

I occasionally,watch a show,called Vegas,with James Caan.Is it a CSI show?
The CSI,on Thurs. night is good! The CSI-Miami show is good, but I very seldom
watch it,because I think that David Caruso, overacts terribly,& ruins the show!
(personal opinion)I can't wait for the CSI-NY,because,in my opinion,Gary
Sinise,is a much underrated actor.I think that he will make the show.I like
most mechanical shows,(American Chopper,Monster Garage,Biker Buildoff,etc)
because,I can relate to them. When you've been doing those things, for most
of your life,You notice little details, that most people miss! Irish

CSI: Miami, Law and Order, and Seinfeld are also on my list.
However, The Golden Girls and The Nanny are the guiltiest pleasure (yet oddly enough the most addicting) TV shows for me. Watch them religiously when I have the time to watch tv.
Oops...am forgetting The Cosby Show too!

Ok, I admit it...I watch the Law & Order shows just for the music...& of course the "ching-ching" between every scene...

If I'm watching the tube and there's not a Cubs game on there are a couple of shows I try not to miss:
* Monk: if you haven't seen this you should give it a try
* The Drew Carey Show: Reruns or new episodes, it doesn't matter to me, I love that show.
* Arrested Development: That show just cracks me up.
* Scrubs: sort of the same as Arrested Development only set in a hospital.
