Needing advice on 3 very different things.

1. Call it the cynicism of youth and inexperience, but I personally think it's highly unlikely to have an orgasm based on words and mental stimulation alone. But hey, it's amazing what an open mind can achieve.
Typically I think if you feel guilty enough to ask if it's ok to do something that may be called cheating, it probably isn't a very good idea. So I'd say either turn him down, or talk to your hubby about it if you really want to go ahead.

2. I'm sure there are hundreds, but I don't live in the US unfortunately. I'm sure you'll get plenty of suggestions though!

3. I don't think there's much danger of loss of sensitivity. A week's a long time between sessions!

1) It is only cheating if you feel that it is and you know your husband would be upset with you for having phone sex.

3. Don't believe in desensitising - after all, practice makes perfect. Only one session a week sounds like either a) you're over-worked or b) you are rationing yourself. Still, a dozen orgasms a week is still more than a lot of ladies get. If you take your machine on holiday with you have plenty of time to relax and enjoy life, I bet you will be changing the batteries much more frequently.
